Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kaduna State Council, Hajia Asma’u Yawo Halilu, will be giving out her daughter, Fatima, in marriage on May 3rd and 4th, 2024 in grand style.

Hajia Asma’u Halilu, who is also Voice of Nigeria Correspondent, said with joy that she was thankful for the support enjoyed during the wedding preparation and prayed to Allah to make the occasion a success.

While highlighting the programme of the event, the NUJ Chairman disclosed that the wedding will be a three-day event scheduled as follows:

Day 1: Nupe Day
Date: Thursday 2nd May, 2024
Time: 2:30pm

Day 2: Wedding Reception
Date: Friday, 3rd May, 2024
Time: 2:30pm

Day 3: Wedding Fatiha
Date: Saturday 4th, 2024
Time: 1:00pm

Our Correspondent reports that Hajia Asma’u family, friends and some top dignitaries from all walks of life are expected to grace the occasion in Kaduna, North West Nigeria.
