A Former Confidential Secretary in the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mrs Oluwakemi Bakare, will on Saturday, 21st of December, 2024 mark her 70th Birthday anniversary.
The ceremony will take place at Epic Event Centre, Elepe Road, off ltamaga Roundabout, lkorodu, Lagos State.
Mrs Bakare, who served as confidential Secretary to many Hon Ministers in the Ministry of Science and Technology retired in December, 2014 after the mandatory 35 years of meritorious service to her fatherland.
A close family source told GNN that the ceremony is expected to be graced by important dignitaries and personalities, creme de la creme of the society including many of her colleagues and bosses in the Federal Civil Service.
Mrs Bakare while in service had worked with many Ministers as secretary including Prof. Turner Isoun, Mrs Paullen Talen and late Dr Alhassan Bako Zaki among others.
Her colleagues, who served with her while in the Ministry of Science and Technology in the past years, described her as workaholic, articulate and diligent in her duties.
They prayed that God will spare her life to witness many years of birthday anniversaries in good health and long life.
