Former Chelsea defender Scott Minto has heaped praise on Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka following his impressive performance against Nottingham Forest in Saturday’s Premier League encounter.
Minto said Saka, who scored a goal for Arsenal against Nottingham Forest, was old school in how honest he is.
Two goals from Saka and Eddie Nketiah ensured Mikel Arteta’s side defeated Forest at the Emirates.
Saka impressed Minto by staying on his feet after coming under a challenge in the opposition penalty box.
“He is old school in how honest he is. He got inside the box there, two players marking him, he went to the other side; there was a slight touch, not really enough really to go down,” Minto said (via HITC).
“But I would say at least 50% of Premier League forwards would have gone down and asked the question of the referee. But he didn’t.”
