Sunshine Stars head coach, Edith Agoye, says he has moved on from his side’s disappointing 1-1 home draw against Heartland.

Michael Olalusi gave Sunshine Stars the lead from the spot six minutes before the break.

The visitors however restored parity through Patrick Nwogbaga in the 63rd minute.

Agoye rued missed chances by his players in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday three encounter, urging the fans not to stop believing in the team.

” it’s not a result we wanted, but that’s the game of football. We can go elsewhere and pick the points we lost at home under a calm atmosphere like the Akure township stadium, it’s possible,” Agoye said in his post-match interview.

The Owena Waves currently occupy 10th position on the NPFL table with four points from three games.

The Akure club will travel to Jos for their next game against Plateau United.
