A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etsako Central Local Government, Chief Richard Lamai, has urged Muslim faithfuls across the Globe to imbibe the virtues of Peace, Patience, selflessness, tolerance and forgiveness.

He made this known in his Eidel Fitr message to Muslim faithfuls.

The APC Chieftain expressed gratitude to Almighty God for the opportunity given to us to witness another Eidel Fitr celebration which climaxed the holy month of Ramadan.

The former Director in the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council also called on Muslims to join hands together to build a more prosperous and more united Nigeria that will guarantee sustainable growth and development.

The Ace Politician called on Muslims to sustain the virtues of patience, selflessness self discipline, sacrifice and commitment to build a progressive country and wished the faithfuls a glorious celebration.

In a similar vein, Senator Adams
Oshiomhole has extended his warmest wishes to Muslims around the world as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement by his senior aide, Victor Oshioke, Oshiomhole described Eid-el-Fitr as a joyous moment of renewal and hope, emphasizing the importance of the virtues learned during Ramadan.

“The month of Ramadan offered Muslim faithfuls a divine path to imbibe a spirit of kindness, love, tolerance, peace, self-denial, good neighborliness, and total submission to the will of Allah,” he said.

Oshiomhole urged Nigerian Muslims to replicate these virtues in their everyday conduct, emphasizing the need to work towards a society where peace, love, and progress reign, regardless of diversity in beliefs.

“As we celebrate, we should not forget the lessons learnt, to wit, the spirit of piety, alms-giving, of compassion, and love for fellow men,” he added.

The Senator also called for prayers for the nation, stating, “We are a praying nation and a community of believers. Let us remember, as always, our country this season, and I enjoin the Ummah to continue to make supplications to Allah to heal the ills of the nation and favor us with peace and progress.

Oshiomhole concluded by wishing the Muslim Ummah a happy Eid el-Fitri, praying that almighty Allah continues to guide and bless everyone.
