The United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce, Africa Region (USLACC Africa) through its youth oriented flagship program, “Technology Development Program for African Youths (TECH-DPAY) is set to host a 2 day International Webinar across USLACC Africa Social Media Platforms on 17th and 18th May 2024 with participants from Twenty African countries, the United States, Canada and Europe.

Amb. Timothy Nwachukwu, the Public Relations Officer of United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce Africa Region (USLACC AFRICA), says in a statement to Newsmen in Abuja that the Webinar with the theme “Brain Train” is aimed at actively equipping and engaging African Youths for Tech Development.

He lauded Amb. Ifeoma Mary Ejiogu, the African Representative of the United States Latino American Chamber of Commerce (Uslacc Africa ) for initiating the Technology Development Program for African Youths (TECH-DPAY) as a proactive measure towards moving African Youths from consumption of Tech contents to production of Tech contents.

“The highlights of the upcoming virtual event include an in-depth exposition and conversation on the place of the Youth in technology transfer to Africa, The Role and involvement of African Political and Economic Leaders in empowering the African Youths through tech development”, Nwachukwu noted.

According to him, “The Webinar is poised to attract Africans in the Diaspora towards supporting the development of African Youths in Tech, draw the attention and support of the international Community as well as the re-awaken African Youths to tap into the massive opportunities and potentials inherent in Tech for the development and advancement of Africa”.

Amb. Timothy Nwachukwu adds that, “The event will further underscore the readiness and commitment of the visioners and partners of Technology Development for African Youths (TECH D-PAY)
towards empowering the African Youths for optimum performance”.
