The Chairman of the Police Service Commission, Dr. Solomon Arase, a former Inspector General of Police, has felicitated with Nigerian Children as they celebrate their day, stressing that they deserve to be handled with a lot of care as they are the most vital asset of the nation.

In the message, Dr. Arase said there is need for a deliberate government policy to improve the lots of children especially in the face of the global economic meltdown.

He noted that the sweat for children today “is a promise for a better tomorrow”, adding that we must of necessity invest on children to reap the benefits of a rapid national growth.
Dr Arase wished the Nigerian Children especially the Children of the Staff of the Police Service Commission and the Nigeria Police Force, a rewarding celebration.

The PSC Chairman also prayed that the innocence and promise of children should feel our homes and heart with happiness and fond memories to cherish forever.
