Renowned Nigerian musician Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf, better known as CDQ, is on the road of recovery ffollowing a terrifying car accident that rendered him unconscious and seriously damaged his vehicle.

The potentially life-threatening incident occurred lately, and fans and well-wishers were concerned for his well-being.

On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, the 38-year-old artist came to Instagram to update his followers and supporters on his progress.

He posted a snapshot that demonstrated his tenacity and determination.

In the image, CDQ is seen sitting in a wheelchair within a studio setting, gripping a microphone in his hand.

The photo radiates his determination to overcome adversity and return to the stage.

He wrote;

“Que sera sera,” a phrase that translates to “what will be, will be.”

Through these few words, CDQ appears to convey a powerful message to his fans, encouraging them to maintain hope and embrace whatever the future holds.
